Recovering a beeping Samsung M3 Portable 1TB

These drives are very common at the moment for beeping, the heads get stuck and make a faint beeping noise, here is a short video I took. Recovery success rates on these is nearly always 100%.

Stuck heads are the reason for the "Beeping" noise , I take them out and look to see if they can be used again, sometimes I replace. Depends on how I feel about the way they come out.
